Lead by Online Coach and Personal Trainer Tayla Grace, together you will not only get the body transformation you dreamed of, but the confidence to maintain all the new habits and lifestyle changes you make through education and coaching.
Training Jane provides you with tailored workout programs, diet and nutrition plans, weekly progress checks, video feedback, monthly seminars given by medical professionals discussing female focused topics such as pregnancy, the menopause and PCOS. In addition, there will also be monthly seminars for those interested in mental health and nutrition. Not to mention providing you with unlimted text/email support.
