Your training is taken care of forever! Conquer your day with The Conquest General in your corner!

This app is where you, as a conqueror, will receive all of your training! This is your way to keep your second greatest tool to greatness! The only tool greater being you!
Sign up to be a Conqueror on the Conquerors Subscription and receive a new week of training each week! There are 4 pathways of training updated each month! (At Home, Bodyweight, Gym Beginner and Gym Advanced) Use one (or all) of the programs for the month and do your best to improve before switching it up every four weeks!

- Discounts on all future challenges, 1:1 training options and one-off specialised programs for
conquest members.
- Workouts will progress as the months go on. Run each program for a four weeks, then progress
onto the next one.
- Access to the private Facebook group for the duration of the membership.

The four training pathways are:

1. At home workouts: This is the program you can select if you are starting and want to exercise at home, or if you can't make it to the gym, but still want to keep active. This pathway consists mainly of 20-minute workouts plus optional warm-ups and stretching routines. The only equipment here is yourself and some dumbbell/dumbbell like objects (i.e. water bottles, cans of food, shopping bags with something in them etc. as long as they are the same weight)

2. Bodyweight workouts: These are for the bodyweight training enthusiasts or anyone with a callisthenics setup like a pullup bar and some rings. Meant to be able to be done from a beginning level to advanced with a variety of programs as you stay subscribed.
(3-5 workouts per program)

3. Gym Beginner Workouts: These are for those of you with that fresh new membership and not much knowledge in fitness. With these workouts, you will build some fundamental strength, burn some energy and gain some all-around fitness. Consisting of primarily machine work and dumbbell exercises, this pathway exists to help you wade into the gym world or even use for a de-load week down the line.
(3-5 workouts per program)

4. Gym Advanced Workouts: These are for the gym veterans who know their way around a gym and want a next-level workout. With a variety of split options available, this option ensures you make use of the gym. I will be crafting these to mainly be for hypertrophy with some strength building mixed in as the two go well hand in hand.
