looking good and moving well, functional body composition was inspired by a few different methods from my training days back in the early 2000's whilst working back in old school body building gyms, i was a big fan of Charles Poliquin who introduced the principles of German body composition which i've been using with my face to face clients since 2003 and the results are unrivaled.

inspiration also for these programs was the use of intelligent warm up to help the performance of the client before my journey started as a CrossFit coach in 2010 lastly my experience from 2010 to 2020 (present) by learning mixed modal training and learning how to apply specific principles to develop local muscle fatigue with functional movement pattern took understanding to a new level.
