Ian is a three-time nationally qualified physique competitor holding first place in his division and in overall. His goals of turning pro are in the near future.
Ian has been active in the field of training for over 8 years teaching strength and conditioning for various fitness types. He currently has been living his dream helping clients of all fitness levels improve their quality of life.
