- 12 week program, tailored to YOUR individual needs and goals, that builds on your strengths and helps correct any functional weaknesses
- 1 to 1 check in every two weeks that includes monitoring of biometrics and exercise form & progressions
- Tailored Diet Plan & Consultation (Optional)
- Fast Track sessions in addition to your main workouts to help target any weaknesses in key areas we identify
- Instant messaging via the app
