This is where BethFit Coaching members will be able to log onto their online portal from their phones. You will be able to access your training programs, update your tracking, see your progress, log your meals and nutrition, track habits, take part in challenges, keep in touch with your coach and many other features available with BethFit Coaching. Having access through an app also enables you to sync their profile with other apps such as 'My Fitness Pal', 'Fitbit' and many others to help you maximise their tracking and accountability, as well as enabling your coach to better understand their day-to-day habits and progress. This enables you to have a PT in your pocket without the hassle of logging onto a computer.
