Welcome to the Basic Science Clinic mobile app – a revision tool for ICU primary exams.
The BSC app is designed to enable you to study on the go, and uses evidence based educational tools for optimising retention and recall.
The app is divided into 3 sections: factoids, flashcards and statistics.
BSC Factoids
• >1000 true or false questions covering all major ICU topics
• Memorise the data, definitions and equations that form key components of short answer questions
• Select factoids from a single subject or at random
BSC Statistics
• Assess your performance across the different subjects
• Compare yourself anonymously with other users
• Includes the overall breakdown of answers, an overall percentage of correct answers and average time to correct answer
BSC Flashcards
• >500 flashcards covering all major ICU topics
• Select flashcards from a single subject, the entire contents or at random
• Bookmark flashcards for further review
