The Real Estate Platform – Collateral Management is B3's tool to automate and standardize property valuation processes. This tool integrates financial institutions and appraisers through a system that will automate and organize the appraisal, from requesting a report, filling it out, to sending information to financial institutions.
The Guarantee Management app – Mobile helps the accredited appraiser of financial institutions that are clients of the Platform in collecting property data during the inspection, allowing the property information to be filled in directly on your smartphone. It has the following features:

- List of pending inspections;

- Detailed information on surveys;

- Partial completion of the report directly in the app by smartphone;

- Capture photos of the property;

- Possibility of check-in at the location of the property;

- Submission of inspections carried out from the app to the Web platform, by batch or individual.


The app is available for use by accredited evaluators of partner banks. In other words, the solution provided by B3 can only be used by appraisers previously accredited by the bank and registered in the Real Estate Platform – Collateral Management.
