Since last year, the Americanas ecosystem has been undergoing a major transformation. Now, in a new phase, Ame will take on another role, focusing its solutions on a new Americanas Loyalty Program.

In this new Ame, payment account services will no longer be offered. That way:

If you have no money in your account, we will close your payment account within 30 days;

If you have a balance* in your account, you can use it for cash purchases at Americanas physical stores or transfer the entire balance to another financial institution of your choice, until 11/02/2024. Once this period ends, we will close your account.
