What's new about MyAXA?
In version 4.0.61 it brings the following new features:
- If you have 4 or more policies in AXA, you will see the new way to access all your policies from the folder view. Additionally, you will be able to view or filter your policies to see them at a glance.
- Choose your favorite services or procedures on the home screen to access directly. To see them all, you will find them in the new Services section. In addition, you can choose the view mode that you like the most.
- News in telemedicine services: digital medical appointments, video consultation, phone call and medical chat. Now you will find them easier.
- New service to request assistance in carts and cranes from the app and immediately.
Your MyAXA app available in your language: Spanish, Català, Galego, Euskara, English and Deutsch.
We know that sometimes you need to know about your insurance. That's why we have a space dedicated only to your policies, where you can consult more information about your car, home, health, life and savings insurance. You will be able to download relevant documentation. It doesn't matter how many policies you have, or if you only have one, you will be able to see all your information of interest, here you can also find the services associated with your policy, just in case.
- If you have car, motorcycle or home policies, you can declare and check the status of your claims online. In addition, you will be able to access the personalized documentation of your policy that you may need.
- AXA Quality workshops, with the best services to repair your car or motorcycle near you, wherever you need it.
- Emergency assistance services, we remain connected with you, even if you are not. Now, even more digital.
- Health insured people can request authorizations for medical tests, consult the Medical and Dental Chart, request and consult your reimbursements, and use your health card from the app. All these services are also included for your minor children who appear in the policy. We have updated our telemedicine services, now you can schedule a video consultation, medical chat and use our symptom evaluator, Oskar. Your health in your hand.
- For life and savings policyholders, you will be able to see your financial situation and have your investments controlled in a more visual way.
But as we know that sometimes the best thing is to talk to someone close to you... contact your AXA mediator as many times as you want and by any means you want: telephone, email... Resolve all your doubts, make your queries or make an appointment, through your MyAXA app, without leaving your couch or work.
- In the Contact section, you can carry out any process with your mediator or with AXA immediately and quickly.
