4. Request status: You can track the progress of your home or room reservation request.

5. Chat: To resolve your questions with a virtual assistant or agent.

6. Others: Check the network of pharmacies available in your city for the EPS to which you belong. Products not delivered to the pharmacy: Follow up on medications that were pending delivery.
