Atrio Fitness allows you to measure your heart rate and the speed/cadence of your pedaling with the help of the Atrio ES055 and ES056 Bluetooth sensors;

Keep records of your workouts and goals.

Through the Bluetooth connection, Atrio Fitness will display the following information on your smartphone or tablet:

Total exercise time
Calorie Consumption
Average/Maximum Heart Rate (in BPM)
Heart rate zones according to the user's personal information
Average speed (in bike mode)
Average cadence (in bike mode)
Total distance (in bike mode)
