Description
RIGHTRIDE is an app designed for cyclists and triathletes to easily and flexibly manage their training load. It creates personalized training plans tailored to individual performance levels and personal information.
Also for COACHES. Every COACH can testing, manage training load and create personalized workouts for its athletes.
It continuously ADAPTS as the users level changes (ACCESSIBLE FOR EVERYBODY, PROFESSIONAL OR BASIC).
In RIGHTRIDE, individual training load is based on a test sequence, independently and easily performed by the athletes.
After performing RIGHTRIDE TEST* a medium/long term AUTOMATIC training plan is calculated based on individual physiological data from testing. Optimal protocol provides periodic check (called SET UP**) of ratio training load/performances. (*RIGHTRIDE TEST, 1', 3', 5', 12' performed at max pace possible on the road on a bike with power and/or heart rate, also indoor with power and heart rate, better if climbing at 5/6 % constant grade, ideally with no hairpin bends)(**SET UP, 3' and 5' performed on the road on a bike with power and/or heart rate, also indoors with power and heart rate, optional, every 25 days)
Furthermore, training load is dynamic overtime: it keep updated on performances and total volume really performed thus allowing automatically updating.
This is the introduction of «RELATIVITY THEORY»: correct training load constantly changes depending on the time it is observed.
