Description

This application helps professionals in administrative areas, management and students in project feasibility calculation.

Through a cash flow of a project you can calculate the most important indexes for the validation of project viability.

The application calculates for you the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) the payback or return time and the Internal Rate of Return Modified (MIRR), the latter which considers both negative values ​​as positive flow box throughout the project period.

The user can also change the preferences to calculate the results.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE APPLICATION:

- Project data:
- To change the name of the project click on the text "The Project"

- Cash flow:
- To enter a new value of the cash flow click the button with symbol "$"
- To edit an entered value in CAXA stream click on the desired list item
- To delete all cash flow click the menu and then choose the "Delete FC" option

- Reinvestment Fee and Financing rate:
- To edit the value of the reinvestment rate click the text T. R.
- To edit the financing rate value click the text T. F.
Obs .: These values ​​are used to calculate the modified TIR.

- To calculate the values ​​of NPV, IRR and Payback click the calculate button;

- To change the preferences select the "Preferences" option in the menu.
