The first connection to the application is made using your usual access codes to Remote Banking channels (username + password).
Arkéa Banque Privée offers to register your mobile as a “trusted terminal”. This recording will allow you to increase the security level of your application. Once your mobile is registered, simply log in to the application using your fingerprint (1) or FaceID (if your mobile is compatible and registered as a “trusted terminal”) or a 5-digit code that you have chosen .
(1) Connecting to our application using your fingerprint is possible thanks to the technology offered by your Smartphone, if it is equipped with a fingerprint sensor, and after activation of the functionality. Arkéa Banque Privée does not keep your fingerprint, it remains stored in the memory of your Smartphone.
