Participating restaurateurs concoct a dish with beer as an ingredient. Whether it is amber, blonde, brown or white… it doesn’t matter, the important thing is the subtle blend of flavors…. Chefs from all cuisines create dishes that combine new ingredients and give free expression to their creativity. They are also encouraged to use local products in their compositions.
