BackFit

Description

The Backfit app, developed following the clinical practice guidelines, offers indications for back pain self-management through strength, motor control, relaxation, flexibility, and self-massage exercise. It also includes educational videos and detailed information that will help you a better understanding of the health of your back.

This app has been developed by physiotherapists, physical educators and psychologists within the framework of a research project, belonging to the Cognitive-Affective Neuroscience and Clinical Psychology group of the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) and the Balearic Health Research Institute , funded by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness and the European Regional Development Fund (PSI2015-66295-R MINECO / FEDER) and the Office of Transfer of Research Results (OTRI) of the UIB, and in collaboration with Apploading and BackFit®.
