The KOWATEC APP

A new service app is now available to tenants of KOWATEC, which significantly expands and flexibilizes the previous range of tenant services.
Questions or damage reports can be sent to KOWATEC directly from the tenant's smartphone or tablet PC via the app.

In the event of damage reports, customers have the option of uploading photos and describing the damage with just a few clicks. In many cases of damage, a preliminary inspection by the administration or a craftsman is no longer necessary, and the appointment coordination is also faster and smoother.
