Description

A mobile app of Land and Land Reforms Department, Govt. of West Bengal has been developed for facilitating citizen to provide doorstep services. This app will help to access live land data in 24X7 basis. It is trilingual mobile apps (Bengali, English & Devanagari).

Following options/information are available in mobile apps:

i. Khatian Information: Based on Mouza wise khatian no of the applicant, ownership details of the khatian will be available. Details of Khaitan is available like Owner name, Owner type, father/husband name, address, the total number of plot(s) in the Khatian, total area in a Khaitan etc.

ii. Plot Information: Khatian number(s) of co-sharers of the plots with the classification of land, share & share area (acre) will be available. Details of Tenant type, Possessor’s details of individual plots will also be available.

iii. LR-RS (Hal sabek) : Conversion of plots between Hal & Sabek dag are available in this option.

iv. Fees Details: Plot-wise details of processing fees (Mutation / Conversion) will be available.

v. Officer’s Details: Location wise contact details of officers posted in District / Subdivision & Blocks will be available in the apps.

vi. Case status : Status of Mutation application will be available . Notice for hearing / Investigation will also be available in this app .
