Over 40 million Americans currently face hunger, not knowing where they will find their next meal. GiftAMeal allows you to help at no cost.

Simply take a photo on the GiftAMeal app at a participating restaurant to provide a meal to someone in need in your community. Share your picture on social media to give additional meals! Your photo can be of food, drink, a receipt, friends, something cool at the restaurant, or even a selfie.

How does it work? Restaurants pay to be on our app as a mix of marketing and giving back - it’s free for you! Anytime you take a photo at one of our participating restaurants, GiftAMeal makes a donation to a local food bank. These donations go towards distributing nutritious food to neighborhood pantries where those in need can access it.

Over 1 million meals have been gifted to those in need so far. And every meal makes a difference. Bridgett, a single mom who previously relied on a local pantry for support, shared her story with us: “My daughter is 15. The food program really, really helped us. Her grades have gone sky-high. We’re in a good place now - we have a house and food and now we’re going to give back.”
