Apgile will take your guests' F&B experience to a whole new level!!
We fix a unique QR code on tables, pool/beach chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, or indeed anywhere you wish your guest to attract the attention of a staff member. The QR code identifies the exact location of the guest.
The guest scans the QR code with their phone or tablet, bringing up your chosen landing page and a virtual “call for service button”. The guest can press the call button to call a server but also has the option to include a message with a specific request.
Your servers will wear the latest smartwatch, which will vibrate and indicate the exact location and specific service required.
Your server can then accept the request or decline it right from Wear OS watch. If declined, it will go to another server or supervisor. If neither is accepted or declined it will escalate to a manager.
