Checklist Scanner

Description

Application is used in combination with NFC tags or QR Codes and fillable PDF forms.

For example:
In industry tags could be placed on machines and when technician scans it
corresponding checklist would be loaded.

Any kind of NFC tag can be used (sticker, card, magnetic..), only
requirement is that first record on tag is the name of checklist.

PDF Form limitations:
Supports only Acroform format.
Following types of form fields can be used:
Text
Check Box
Radio button
Combo Box
List box
Signature

Available in English and Croatian.

Guide:
1a. Create pdf document with form fields.
1b. Create QR Codes with any "QR Code Generator" website.
2. Copy it to device.
3. Add checklists into the application by going to Settings -> Checklist
4. Scan QR Code and checklist will be opened.
5. Enter data into it and save.
6. Open Saved Checklist and share or delete them.
