Welcome to KG-APNFA. We have four locations across Interior BC and Fraser Valley. We offer high-energy classes for all ages - walking to pre-school to teens! From gymnastics to parkour and ninja fitness training, we help kids build strength, confidence, and coordination!

We want all of our young athletes to find joy in achievement and create lasting personal connections with their peers and coaches.
