The All -Russian youth forum "Ostrova" is part of the line of the Platform of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Rosmolodezh. This year, 5435 people were registered for the forum. Throughout the history of the forum, this is a record. The selection took place in several stages. Participants underwent testing, wrote a resume. The competition amounted to 16 people in place.
This year, the All -Russian forum “Ostrova” of the Platform is Rosmolodzhi. Setting up 4 directions in which participants will be able to implement projects and pump their competencies: patriotic education, digitalization, career and career guidance.
“Ostrovo digitalization”: participants will take up their own uniqueness, development through superfessional skills, develop a competency -based model and an individual development route. A separate block of classes will be devoted to industrial tourism. The forum users will have the opportunity to get an internship at industrial enterprises of the Sakhalin Region.
“Perennial career” is a discussion of the uniqueness of domestic manufacturers, the features of corporate culture. Forum users will figure out that the employer expects an employee and vice versa. Also, the Sakhalin residents and guests of the island will visit excursions to the companies of the region, create a personnel reserve of the Sakhalin Region "TOP-30 Participants" and much more.
“Patriotic education”: they will present the best practices of the “chuck” movement, pay attention to domestic tourism and the development of small territories, and develop brands and bench sites of uniqueness and regions.
“The Ostrovy First”: Participants from 14 years old and older. Young people will help to decide in which direction they will develop, receive unique knowledge of career development and work in the team. This is a new direction this year. For the first time, the forum participants will be children of the age category 14+. For them, a hotel program was prepared from the federal project “Movement of the First”.
