Description

The ROS (Restaurant Operating System) Audit aims to evaluate set of restaurant processes and systems that work together for the overall objective of TUBI as a Company. ROS are defined as the most commonly performed processes and activities by the Outlet team that drive operational excellence and consistency in terms of Food Quality, Service Excellence, Cleanliness, Condition, Production Standards, Service Standards and Safety & Security.

The FSMS (Food Safety Management System) Audit aims to evaluate a systematic, independent, and documented process for obtaining evidence and measure it to determine how well the food safety management system complies with a set of criteria highlighting the C-13 (13 Critical Requirements). FSMS is a program comprised of interrelated procedures and activities used to ensure food does not harm consumers and will not affect TUBI reputation and brand image.

The ROS-FSMS Audit App comprises Audit results, Parameters, Recommendations, RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Action) Plan, Compliance monitoring and Timelines to comply with the TUBI Core Values.
