Shampuriko is not only delicious meat, fish, seafood and vegetables, it is a big and daily work that inspires us, makes us wake up every morning and continue the work started on November 28, 2015 with interest. The taste directly depends on the quality and freshness of the products used, on the marinade recipe. We cook on a properly designed grill, using only birch charcoal.
Our goal is to make our product the best. Our team works daily to ensure that our Guests are satisfied with the quality of products.
The concept is based on clear rules that we never deviate from:
- We do not have early preparations, not fresh or frozen products. We do not use fire extinguisher. We start cooking only after payment of the order. Even the coolest cook will not be able to hide the smell of not fresh meat under any sauce or marinade. Fresh and properly purchased meat gives an excellent and real taste to shish kebab.
- Taste. Cooking according to recipes and marinade brought from Yerevan allows us to declare that our meat is cooked correctly “Armenian”.
- No concentrates, flavorings, only natural spices. We do not use vinegar, mayonnaise and other additives. Our barbecue must be tasty and the same in all branches. Therefore, all blanks are prepared in the workshop so that the taste and standards are the same for all branches.
- Feedback from our Guests. We are happy and welcome when guests honestly tell their opinion about us. Every day we work to improve every little thing in our work, so that it would be more convenient and affordable for you to order tasty and safe meat!
