Description
Roadside Tech Connect mobile app allows roadside assistance providers to receive and manage roadside assistance rescue requests on their smartphone. The details needed to service the customer are displayed on the phone including:
-Vehicle Year, Make, and Model
-Customer Name
-Customer Phone Number
-Service Requested
-Disablement Location
Simple, one touch access to call the customer, access to turn-by-turn directions, or update the status of the job. When the job is complete, just press a button and it is stored in the job history for retrieval and viewing.
