“Immediate Security” mobile application is part of the strategy to form a link between the City Council and Security with the residents of the capital, where through the rearrangement of vectors, timely attention is provided to emergencies and by activating a virtual button the arrival of the required aid will be displayed in real time. The Immediate Security application also allows the user to communicate by telephone with the switchboard of the Citizen Security Secretariat of the Municipality of Puebla.
With the “Immediate Security” mobile application, users will be able to use a range of services, achieving the following:
Have a free downloadable technology tool.
A greater approach and/or direct contact with the SSC, and with the Puebla City Council.
Greater promptness of attention to your emergencies. Generate certainty of citizen attention.
Expedite citizen queries, complaints and/or complaints.
