👥 Students — manage your database easily and simply
The application allows you to quickly find students by various parameters, track who has stopped attending, store their personal data — birthday, category, belt, weight, availability of a medical certificate and insurance.

All information about attendance and payments is collected in one place, and the built-in calendar of classes automatically recalculates the subscription taking into account absences.

Communication with parents is organized via SMS, WhatsApp or Telegram — with one touch.

Separate lists for competitions, holidays and events, archive irrelevant students, and also provide parents with access to a personal account where attendance and payments are displayed.

💳 Subscriptions and flexible payment settings
The payment system is flexibly configured for each student: you can set up individual subscriptions with payment monthly or for each lesson. One payment can cover several types of training at once, and personal discounts and benefits are also taken into account.

🏋️ Schedule and attendance log
All classes are displayed in a personal schedule directly on your phone. The history of completed training sessions is saved automatically, and attendance can be marked with one touch. If necessary, the attendance sheet can be easily exported to Excel for reporting or analysis.

📊 Reporting and analytics
The main screen displays summary statistics that give a complete picture of the club's work. The system provides payment reports with convenient filtering by trainers, gyms and areas, as well as separate reports on additional income and expenses.

A detailed report is generated for each trainer: the number of training sessions, substitutions and a list of students who stopped attending. It is possible to upload data to Excel: lists of students, visits, payments.

👥 Teamwork
You can provide access to the system to the administrator and other trainers by setting up rights delimitation - each user sees only the information that relates to his tasks.
