They are well known for their raucous calls. Magpies are found throughout the world in many different habitats. They are adaptable, and can be found in or around cities, scavenging off food scraps.

You can find the magpie just about anywhere in the world. They have been closely associated with humans for centuries. Magpies are not very afraid of humans. They display their courage by getting as close as they can. However, they remain on high alert all this time.
