#1 UPLOAD RECEIPTS
Take full clear pictures of your Airvat invoices as soon as you make purchases. We will process them for you into a single VAT refund form to be validated at Сustoms.
#2 GENERATE YOUR REFUND FORM
Finished shopping and ready to return home? Generate your tax refund form in the app before going to your departure point. Make sure that you have all your shopping items still unused and ready for a customs inspection.
#3 VALIDATE YOUR TAX FORM
Scan your tax-free form’s barcode from your phone to validate your refund. Follow the instructions in the app and allow at least 2 hours before your departure to avoid rushing. Note that in the case of Northern Ireland (UK), you will still need to print a paper VAT refund form in order to get a manual stamp.
#4 GET YOUR REFUND
Select your preferred payment method and track the status of your refund claim in the app. Our payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, WeChat Pay, and bank transfer.
