Description

Promoter App was launched with the vision of monitoring the functioning of the person who is lowest in the hierarchy.With this vision we built an exhaustive app that has helped us streamline the way of working of the Promoters/FSEs, keeping a tab on the promoter hygiene through daily attendance and tracking the location, improving quality of promoters through learning modules, capturing leads & taking actions to convert the leads.the app also has the capability to close the lead at the same moment or save customer details for future reference for a follow up. hence the app also allows capturing data which was initially done on paper.The details can be viewed with a click in the app itself for easy reference and then updating the status.The app will enable the promoters to give a demo to the customer on 4G, calculate the usage of the customer and pitch the relevant pack or FR to the customer and also report any network issues which the customer complains about in his/her area.
