4 Barres is a multiplatform application (IOS Apple, Android, Web ...) that meets the daily needs of local people and visitors of the Eastern Pyrenees and Occitan.
The user, through a principle of geolocation, has around him a calendar of activities, leisure and everyday culture, a list of professionals and their tips proximity different industries (restaurants, hotels, artisans , traders, service companies ...).
4 bars is also a "social network" of close to link carriers and application actors.
