Welcome to Tools4coaches, designed especially for coaches. It is not intended for use by your coachees.

Prepare your coaching session by tapping, before coaching sessions, on any of the 28 theme cards–covering topics from Motivation to Structures, and Challenges to Awareness–to discover key concepts and actions you can explore with your coachee. Keep them in mind as sessions evolve depending on the coachees' wording, behavior, body language, and tone of voice.

The app also includes sections for you: How to structure a coaching session, how to behave as a coach, the difference between coaching and therapy and how to ask questions.

You will also discover links to resources such as: coaching library, coaching exercises, social media, where to practice with peers and powerful videos.
