Description

SYSTEM 48 - White Field android application allows you to report at any time and in a simple manner the communal problem in the Municipality of Bijelo Polje. You can also monitor the status of resolved public utility problems through the application and through the portal at: https://bijelopolje.sistem48.me/

In relation to web entries and reviews, through this application you can create applications even when you are offline. When a mobile device connects to the Internet, the application (if active) sends the application and checks and updates the statuses and answers. To check the status of the created login, check the same in the "My sign-in" list in the application.

The basic functionality of the application are:
- Entering utility problems
- Search and review of existing applications
- Overview of the status of submitted applications in "My Applications"
- Displaying news and information from the site of the Municipality of Bijelo Polje
- An overview of the updated list of important phones for the Municipality of Bijelo Polje

The status of the connection to the application with the system is displayed on the Home screen. If there are changes to the status of a submitted login when synchronizing with the server, the application displays the notification on the mobile device. Notifications are also sent for the release of new news and announcements.

Within 48 hours, the competent authorities come to the field and solve the problem (if possible) or inform the applicant about the manner and time of the resolution of the problem. The 48-hour deadline runs on weekdays from the moment of validation of the application by the system administrator.
