Shrink - a calorie counting diary and tracking nutrition and weight
The app allows:
1. Easy and effective monitoring of the food items and calories you consume on a daily basis
2. Quick retrieval of food items by automatically completing text from a catalog
Gradually build a personal catalog and enter the calories of the food items once for regular use later on
4. Graphical weight tracking of periodic consumption, including caloric average data and weight differences
5. Backup and restore of the log and catalog to and from an Excel file (in CSV format)
Creating a regular calorie deficit, developing proper eating habits and constant weight loss

* The app supports Hebrew and English and the language can be changed from the settings menu.
* For owners of Android 4.04 and below, you can download an app with appropriate support via the following link:

* If the text is not completed on your device, the "Word suggestion", "Automatic error correction" or T9 option must be deactivated through the device settings.
* For optimal text display it is recommended to work with "normal" font size on the device (can be changed under "Settings" - "Display" - "Font")
