How does it work:
Sleep cycles are typically 90 minutes.
Our app provides sleep cycles from 90 minutes to 6 hours.
The app has binaural sounds that in each cycle take your mind from the Alpha (awake) state to Delta (deep sleep) which allows you to sleep naturally.
You can also choose between 8D sounds that will allow you to experience each of the places you choose. These sounds were also created in 90 minute cycles.
No loops.

Our sounds do not need internet connection. You can use them when and where you need it.
