We have many Ustadz who are sharia literate, unfortunately we have not yet received prizes for their written work which we can immediately enjoy.

We tend to enjoy translating other people's work more than producing our own work. I don't know how that could happen.

This book in your hands is perhaps intended to answer that big question. This is the original work of an Indonesian who lives in Indonesia with a social reality that is also very Indonesian.

This book, God willing, is intended to be used as a reference to complement the many references to the science of jurisprudence that already exist in Indonesian with an Indonesian taste. This book is planned to be published in an edition of 18 volumes, in the following order:

However, no matter how noble the intentions and aspirations are, the author remains aware that this book is only a small note from the vast knowledge of jurisprudence. Our predecessors have written this knowledge in thousands of volumes of books which have become heirlooms and treasure books of Islamic civilization. A wealth that has never been possessed by any religion that has ever appeared on earth.

Unfortunately, most Muslims cannot enjoy this heritage, one of which is because of the language barrier. Even though not a single verse of the Koran came down from heaven except in Arabic, not a single letter came out of the tongue of our prophet SAW except in Arabic.

So this effort to write a book of fiqh in Indonesian is a modest effort to bring these people closer to their religious heritage. Of course, efforts have been made to ensure that this book is still equipped with Arabic text so that what remains is the original text of this religion.

This book is only a small book compared to the books of fiqh that have been written by scholars. Even though the total from volume 1 to volume 18 reaches more than 5,000 pages, this figure is nothing compared to the books written by previous scholars.


Hopefully the material content of this application can be useful for self-introspection and better improvement in everyday life.
