Description

Hygie Katz (formerly HCKatz) is a free app to help you complete the Katz scale.

The Katz Scale is a rating scale that helps you determine how addictive your patients are.

It consists of a questionnaire assessing their abilities in 6 areas of daily life:

- wash yourself
- get dressed
- transfer and move
- go to the toilet
- continence
- eat

For each area, the answer varies between 4 scores ranging from complete no help to the need for complete help.

These scores allow you to justify the type of toilet notified or package requested as long as they meet the criteria listed in Article 8 of the nomenclature.
