Description

Geometrics’ Atom Downloader App allows the user to wirelessly connect to, and download data files from, the Atom Wireless Seismograph.
Because the Atom Downloader App is capable of offloading data from multiple Atom Wireless Seismographs at the same time, it is possible to download and begin processing your data more quickly and seamlessly than with traditional wired connections. This is especially useful for large, multi-channel surveys or in cases where it is desirable to download data without moving the Atom or altering your survey’s geometry.
The Atom Downloader App is ideal for a fully wireless survey, and since wired connections are often a weak point in geophysical surveys, this App allows you to remove a known weak point in your workflow.
Recent changes in the Atom Downloader App allows also the user to change acquisition parameters, delete seismic data files, ping the Atom Wireless Seismograph, get the Atom battery status, get the Atom Firmware version, power off every Atoms, plot data and save data in real time from multiple Atoms simultaneously for processing by SeisImager.
Real time monitor requires Atom 1C with firmware version 2.10 or greater and Atom 3C with version 2.13 or greater. (Firmware date 09/30/20020 or more recent).
