Global warming and climate change are interlinked and complex issues of policy issues, multilateral negotiations and technological progress. This book explores the opportunities offered by international agreements to deal with these two issues and the problems that arise from them, and examines technological developments and political goals that can be pursued in order to bring about the necessary changes. This book represents a joint effort between two authors from two completely different backgrounds - engineering and international relations - and is intended for educated but non-specialist readers who do not have any degrees in science or international relations.
