Description

Traveling is one of the things that many people love, and as it is well known, it has many benefits. What is certain is that its benefits in our time may exceed many times that number. Traveling in Islam has a great status, as it may in itself be a worship and not just a means of entertainment as some think. A place, where Almighty God says: {Say, “Travel through the earth and see how creation began.” Rather, God Almighty praised the travelers in His saying: Some of you are sick and others travel through the land seeking God's bounty and others fight in the way of God } And the travelers presented a request for sustenance and toil in obtaining it from the Mujahideen in order to raise the banner of Islam and spread Islam throughout the earth.
There are many reasons for Muslim travel. He travels to perform Hajj and Umrah, or to seek knowledge, or to seek a livelihood, or to visit a relative or friend, and so on..
In order for the travel to be commendable and with the pure intention of God, and to complete the benefit from it, the traveler must possess some jurisprudential rulings and etiquette that pertain to travel.
Hence this application, which dealt with the important jurisprudential rulings that the traveler needs in his travels, as well as some important etiquette and fatwas on this subject, as he is considered the companion and friend of the traveler.
