Through the KB Life - (former) Prudential Life Insurance Mobile Center, you can use various services such as contract details inquiry, guaranteed asset inquiry, insurance contract loan, insurance premium payment, fund change and variable management status inquiry.

[How to use] Register fingerprint authentication and use it more conveniently! (KBLife)
-Authenticated certificate login: Available after customer authentication and certificate registration. Existing cyber counter certificate registered customers can log in and use the service without registering.
-Fingerprint authentication login: You can register your fingerprint after installing the KFTC biometric authentication app and logging in with your accredited certificate
-KakaoPay Authentication Login: Even if you do not have a public certificate, you can use the service after entering ‘name + date of birth + mobile phone number’ and authenticating with KakaoPay.

[Information on app access rights]
- Mobile phone (required): Used to respond to customers by checking the mobile phone status, prevent fraudulent use, and access the storage of files necessary for running the app (including insurance claims and public certificates).
- Telephone (optional): Used to connect to CS Center counseling and My Life Partner®.
-Camera (optional): Used to receive insurance claim documents.
- Notification (optional): Used to receive PUSH messages.
Required items are required to use KB Life - (former) Prudential Life Insurance Mobile Center, and if you deny app access, you cannot use the service. You can use the service even if you do not agree to the optional items, but there may be restrictions on the use of some services.
