Description

The DREAM application is a software that helps all healthcare professionals to follow and monitor patients throughout the care path: from preparation, to surgery up to the discharge and follow-up phase.
Through the prescription of activities and personalized questionnaires, the application helps patients prepare for surgery and monitor their progress during the recovery phase. It also allows healthcare professionals to record all patient-related information in detail, improving focus on the patient and facilitating the work of monitoring and recording information.
The DREAM application was developed to support the ERAS® protocol, which is based on the best available medical science to improve patients' post-operative results and reduce recovery times. Thanks to its information tracking and logging capabilities, the DREAM application helps ensure that the ERAS® protocol is followed correctly and that patients receive the best possible care.
