If you experience problems authorizing or enrolling in KeyPass, always verify that you have the latest available version of Scotiabank KeyPass installed.
Scotiabank KeyPass will allow you to comfortably, quickly and safely authorize your transactions, initiated in your online banking or mobile application, through your cell phone.
With Scotiabank KeyPass you will not have the need to use your Scotiapass to authorize the following banking operations: transfers, scheduled transfers, purchases through Webpay and Servipag. Additionally you will have the option to authorize your transactions without an internet connection, or when you are in airplane mode.
Our application has high security standards for the authorization of transactions and the security protocol to evaluate the identity of our clients.
Once you download our application, you must create a 6-digit authorization key, which you must use each time you must authorize a transaction.
