pfx Zeit für Proffix Px5 is a modern app for time recording in Proffix. In addition to the manual recording and stamping and editing of hourly entries, pfx Zeit goes even further. Using modern geofencing, employees can be clocked in and out fully automatically as soon as they come close to their workplace.


Hours and clocking
As usual, hours can be created or edited in pfx time and clocked in as normal. The process is very similar to Proffix, so that users can quickly find their way around.

Hours and holiday information
The hour and holiday overview from Proffix is ​​available on every hour entry and also in a separate view. This means that all employees are always transparently informed about your status - there is no need to ask.

Automatic stamping with geofence
With the “Geofence” feature, employees can define their work locations on a map directly in the app. As soon as they enter a location, pfx Zeit automatically clocks the user in, and as soon as they leave they are automatically clocked out.
Optionally, a short confirmation is sent to the user via push notification.

Automatic stamping via NFC
Create a stamp point as an NFC tag directly from pfx Zeit.
All you then need to do is touch the NFC tag with your mobile phone to clock the user in or out directly.

Automatic stamping via QR
Simply scan a predefined QR code - pfx Zeit opens automatically and clocks the user in or out of the Proffix time recording.

Uncomplicated and safe
pfx addresses communicates directly with the Proffix Rest API without detours via external servers. All access data, passwords, hashes, etc. are encrypted and stored exclusively on your device. Login is easy using the QR code created in Proffix.
