Description
The native app for your Android device connecting to your HelpDesk 3 or Cloud Desk 3 installation.
The app connects to your HD3 or CD3 installation, you will need a license to connect the app with your Support Software provided by JAKWEB.
After download simply add the URL to your HelpDesk 3 or Cloud Desk 3 installation. The URL can be found in your operator dashboard. Login and start serve your clients from your Android device. More information can be found in our FAQ: https://www.jakweb.ch/faq/a/162/native-app-android-and-ios
Native push notifications have been build in, please login to our Push Server (https://www.jakweb.ch/push) with your JAKWEB account and get your private push notifications token/key.
