Whether at home, on the go or at the customer's: you take your mobile device and
retrieve information from is-e. For example, you will learn:

• What are the names of the contact persons? Which ones am I with by you?
• Is something pending, for example a request from the customer?
• What was the turnover last year?
• Which invoices did the customer send us (accounts payable)?
• Is the customer receptive to ecological issues?
• Who will receive a Christmas card?
• What contracts do we have with the customer? Are there any special clauses?

Of course, you can also enter data - such as a new contact person or a telephone number. As a fitter, you record device changes. And as a reader, note the meter readings. You save costs: Because you don't need a separate system for mobile data acquisition (MDE).

The prerequisite is that your company has a license for the innosolv “Mobile” module.
