Description

With the “MySwissFoodPyramid” app you can learn more about the subject of balanced, varied and enjoyable food and drink. Let your guide Anna or Lukas take you on a tour that will:

- get to know the Swiss food pyramid,
- Keep a food diary
- Receive feedback on your diary based on the Swiss food pyramid,
- get to know the model of the «optimal plate»,
- Get tips and recommendations on meals, storage, hygiene, food waste and other topics.

The app is based on the Swiss dietary recommendations and is aimed at people aged 16 and over.
