Cairns Plates Barre is BASI’s only Far North Queensland host studio. The studio is owned by Janine & Yot Noopetch (BASI trained) and fully equipped with Reformers, Towers, Wunda Chair, Avalon Chair & Step Barrels. Janine has a wealth of experience with a background in Dance as a Performer, Choreographer, Dance Teacher, Dance Fitness and Pilates Instructor for 20+ years. Yot's background includes Physical Education Teacher, Professional Muay Thai Boxer and Ultra Marathon Runner.

Our entire team is trained through Basi Pilates and are extremely passionate about our clients individual needs.

Janine and Yot opened Cairns Pilates Barre in its current location in beautiful tropical Smithfield, 15mins North of Cairns in 2015 previously holding classes in Kewarra Beach. The studio holds Semi Private classes, Duo and One-On-Ones. Other group classes include Mat Pilates, Rhythm Pilates, Bootybarre, bbarreless, Rhythm Row, Fitball and more. Cairns Pilates Barre have a holistic approach towards our clients health and fitness goals and host a range of regular workshops including Plant Based Cooking Workshops, Gut Health, Skin, & future Continuing Education Basi Workshops,
